Working Principle
Concentration process is the most energy consuming process in herbal production. Heating and evaporating liquid for getting higher concentration ratio. Inappropriate operation can easily lead to liquid cooling, coking, thermal decomposition, and solvent recovery, which affect the quality and efficacy of the product.Tanlet adopt PID to control the action of on-off valve and regulating valve, achieving the accurate control of temperature, pressure, liquid level, density and other parameters. The biggest advantage is quick dynamic response, small overshoots and high accuracy of steady-state.
